Brilliant! The sticky notes and moving them around for the meal plan just lit me up. I’ve used lists and a chart but this is one step better! Thank you! I’m also constantly supercharging my organising skills to help my ND brain deal with the parenting and work demands.

I love this. I wonder if you would consider a scaffolding session? I would love to hear more about it and think about how to apply it myself, to work and life.

Heya Susanne, thanks sooo much for the pledge! I really appreciate your support. I may turn that function on in the future, but it's still off for now.

And yes, so happy to talk to you about my systems, maybe send me an email and we can go from there?

So good, all of this. Makes me wonder if we're related. My systems are almost identical haha.

wow!!! goals right there. Can you tell I'm impressed and I thought I was an organised person, but your charts and systems are next level.. I love the mending kit, that is brilliant, is it a sewing box, tool box, fishing tackle box??

Thanks Kate! Yea, that's probably a tool box. I just got it from Bunnings, because I couldn't find just the right thing anywhere else.

I love your food plan idea. Gold. I also loved your idea about scaffolding but for me it's more about shoving lots and lots of glimmers into my life- early morning yoga, time for snorkelling, music events and interesting, hope nourishing events. When I'm full of joy I'm more focused on getting the other things done too.

That's awesome. Yea, I feel like those things are so important too. Walking daily + creating are a super important ones for me. 🙌

Google tools and a diary/notebook are my best friends too! It has taken me nearly five years of not working to understand what that can look like for me. I am only now beginning to fine tune how I need to take the time to manage that with schedules and systems - and a healthy commitment to self-care.

Yay Kathy! That's great to hear. It's so important to make time to sort this stuff out, rather than just trying to cope day to day. :)
